places we go mini album

i was very captivated by this album by evalicious the first time i lay my eyes on it in etsy. predominantly because i love the combination of colours used in this album.. how the brown goes with the green and turquoise. it's gorgeous isn't it? what's even more stylish about this album was the use of black and white photos. vibrant colours would have steal the show away from the clever blend of colours

it's simple, gorgeous and easy to put together. i am seriously considering to do one of this mini album. now, what will my theme be?




Handmade by evalicious with chipboard and corrugated cardboard, lots of patterned paper from Creative Cafe and Scenic Route. Each page is decorated with flourishes stamps & ribbons. Included also are orange/blue/green buttons, stamped embellishments on textured cardstock as well as typed travel phrases on textured cardstock done on my vintage typewriter. Book is held together with (2) 1 1/4" binder rings. This cutie is approx. 5" x 5 1/2" and more than 1 inch thick once you use foam tape to mount your handmade embellishments. There are lots of room for journaling on Creative Cafe lined paper or you could add more photos in place of more words (total of 14 'pages'). There are little flaps throughout book to reveal more room for journaling or photos.
