go. seek. explore

i have been around the local scrapbooking community for ages. people there have been asking me to upload some pics to show them what i have scrapped and altered. i claimed to be a scrapbooker fully equipped with all the essential and fancy tools that can put other scrapbookers to shame. yet, i have never really done any scrapbooking at all. i would like to hide behind this saying that "the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak". i blame it on not enough time, not enough space, too much hassle to pack and unpack the tools, etc. but i think the real fear lies with the fact that i am a perfectionist that doesn't wanna produce anything less then "perfect". the real problem lies with the fact that i have a lack mentality.. lack because if i use those pretty supplies they will run out forever (and what if i need it for the next project? yah right, how possible is tt?) lack because i spend so much money on it, it just doesn't make sense to risk it on a project/task that might turn out less then perfect. see where i am coming from. it such a shxty thing

when an opportunity arosed recently during a company department event to design a photo frame, i took the chance to put my scrapbooking talent to the test. i have not really altered anything in particular, so since i have to do it during the event, i might as well do it well. :) i must say the preps before the actual doing of the frames took a longer time then assembling it together :P

so here we have it. my completed frame (TA_RAH!):-
