came across this pretty neat website via tara whitney's and found it quite inspirational. :)

the pictures are awesome. non conventional. some of her words are so apt and uplifting. not forgetting her cool handwriting. yet to have the chance to go through her whole blog. but just looking at her present posts... is enough to set me thinking about life :)

she seems as crazy about notebook as i do. that's something that we have in common. she loves moleskine, so do i! and she has muji stuff (yes yes yes!)

i was equipped with the power of God on 080909 to do the thing that i never thought i'll ever be able to. this power enabled me to face my giant and to see the start of it come tumbling down. having this power gave me the strength to face my greatest fear and to step into a new dimension all together. the uncertainty of the future can really cripple one. i often wonder if i were to take a step of faith into the new arena, will i ever reach the shore? what if i fail? what if there is no fruits in this 'journey'? but i thank God i will not allow discouragement to faze me, i will not let any fear of failure to cripple me. i think the worse kind of failure is give up before you even try or get started. just go for it. if i fail, at least i know i have tried. and knowing that is victory in itself. than again, how to fail when God has already give me the victory? :)

DAY 2:

090909 - a step closer to be totally out of trial. it's gonna happen anyways, so why not start it earlier so that i can enjoy earlier? it's gonna be a great journey.

dr seuss has gotta be one of the wisest dr i know (jesus is the wisest and no one else comes close) i love reading his books and without fail every single one of them contains quotes that are so simply yet so true. :)
one of my favourite all time books from him that my good old buddy has recommended me years ago is - Oh the Places You'll Go. a simple book like this can actually inspire me to want to go places that i never dream of going and to just give it a shot because it's all worth it :) it's been a while since i have read it. maybe it's time to indulged in it. oh so often we are so caught up with life and having to deal being a adult that we forgotten the simplicity of being a child. didn't Jesus say "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven", "Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven."
this cute quote is like a summation of why he writes books :) and encouraging us to go further than we are able to.. The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.
